This Property Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Landlord and the Tenant as of the Effective Date.
The lease shall commence on the Start Date and continue until the End Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord the monthly rent amount on or before the due date each month. Late payments may incur additional charges.
The Tenant shall provide a security deposit prior to moving in. This deposit will be returned within a specified period after the lease ends, subject to deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
The property shall be used solely for residential purposes. The Tenant shall not use the property for any illegal or commercial activities without prior written consent.
The Tenant is responsible for keeping the property in good condition. The Landlord is responsible for major structural repairs and maintenance of essential services.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice as specified in the lease terms (typically 30 or 60 days).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located.
